An intimate encounter between the members of the Classica Quartet and pianist Jean-Saulnier in a spirited and refined musical exchange. At the turn of the 20th century in Paris, a national style of chamber music was emerging. Journey with us into the depths of the souls of three composers—César Franck, Théodore Dubois, and Gabriel Fauré—where sonorous power, reminiscent of an organ, aligns alongside crystalline, shimmering sounds, embodying a distinctly French sensibility.
